Pre-school session costs from September 2023 will be as follows:

Pre-school:
Fees are fully inclusive of Student’s Personal Accident Insurance, lunches, books and stationery. Children will be required to attend a minimum of 3 full days or 4 mornings per week. The fees will be calculated according to the number of mornings or days your child attends. Peripatetic lessons e.g. drama, music and some school trips are not included and will be invoiced separately.

Early Education Funding (EEF)  is available to assist with the cost of the Pre-school; this is available from the term after your child is 3 years old.

Parents are eligible for the funded hours (15 or 30 hrs) up until and including the term a child turns five years old if the child is attending preschool or reception class of an independent school.

Seniors:
Fees are fully inclusive of Student’s Personal Accident Insurance and text books. GCSE examinations and lunches are not included and will be payable separately via ParentPay. Peripatetic lessons e.g. drama, music and some school trips are not included and will be invoiced separately.

Terms:
The terms below should be read in conjunction with the schools latest terms and conditions, which are available on request and as part of the documentation provided to new parents.

1. A £250 entry deposit is required on acceptance of a place for pre-school, prep and senior school students for the current academic year. This amount will be refunded when your child leaves the school.

2. All children in Pre-school will be required to attend a minimum of 3 full days or 4 mornings per week.

3. Non-attendance charges for sessions booked in Pre-school will apply.

4. Early drop off from 7.30am is offered for all children and will incur no extra charge. A light breakfast can be purchased between 8.00am and 8.30am.

5. After-school care is available from 3.20pm to 6pm for all students from Pre-school to Primary 6.  There is a charge of £4.50/hour which will include a light bite.

6. A 5% sibling discount is deducted from fees for the second child, increasing to 10% for the third child and 15% for the fourth child.

7. Payment of fees can be made in three instalments annually. This can be payable at the start of each term or by 11 monthly payments (starting from September 2023, ending in July 2024). These payments can be made via GoCardless, direct debit, standing order; termly payments can also be made by cheque.

8. One full term’s notice must be given in writing, to the Headteacher, on or before the first day of the term at the end of which the student is to leave. Rolling notice is not accepted. One full term’s fees in lieu of notice must be paid before the removal of a student.

Childcare Voucher Scheme:
The parents of pre-school children may wish to partake in the Childcare Voucher Scheme (sometimes called ‘Salary Sacrifice Scheme’) through their place of work. All childcare vouchers are accepted; please talk to our finance manager if you require more information.

Prep school parents may wish to pay for after-school care and school run clubs, by using their childcare vouchers.

Tax-free childcare payments:
We are currently investigating accepting these under the same conditions as the Childcare Voucher Scheme.
