Day of The Dead

Published: 14th November, 2022

Y7 did some wonderful projects for art and Spanish to mark Dia de los Muertos in November.

Some students were inspired to bake cakes and biscuits in the shape of  Calaveras, while others made masks and papel picado. Our students also made an altar in class and included photos of Queen Elizabeth II and portraits of our Houses (Mother Theresa,  Oscar Romero and Newman) to remember them in our prayers, as well as those we have lost.  Two of our Y8 students, Jasmine and Paige, also made beautifully intricate masks.  Well done to everyone for such creative and colourful work.
